This project involved a lot of compliance measures to ensure council subdivision standards were adequately met. The project involved the construction of 920 metres of new road, with a 10 metre wide sealed surface, to provide access to seven new 20 acre residential lots. A total of 5000 cubic metres of material was removed from the new alignment. The construction included the installation of a box culvert, a pipe culvert, 19 drop structures, 2220 square metres of grassing and two concrete driveways. Successfully completed on time and within budget, it’s a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.
